Process Consulting
Process consulting starts with the analysis of current organisational
and workflow structures within one or more given operative areas.
Input and output conditions are collected, as well as the intermediate
processes of included work steps up to the aimed work result. The
quality of work results is a central part of the process analysis.
Inconsistencies, break downs, or risks within the processes will
be uncovered. Starting with the “as-is” analysis we
develop a scenario for future work processes. Optimizations and
cross-entity integration potentials are the focus points of the
scenario.
In our analysis we apply formal methods (e.g. UML, SADT) as well
as qualitative methods (e.g. interview techniques, questionaires,
shadowing). We analyse, critically review, and optimize your processes,
and integrate your operational process flows.
