Following the current industrie’s discussion about project
offices, to be run as an intern or extern service provider in order
to organize, structure and manage enterprise projects, we at PMsp
offer our services as a project office. Here, the services of conduct,
supervise, and coordinate projects, manage project risks, as well
as even manage the project members may be requested from you as
the client.
Initially, PMsp proposes to you one or more qualified project managers,

Evaluation projects: Here, existing processes
and structures will undergo a performance evaluation. Alternative
organizational constructs, or alternative system support proposals
will be evaluated. The result of a project of this kind is
the selection of an alternative system support and the determination
of the specific change requirements.

Implementation projects: Here, new support systems and
changed structures and processes will be implemented into
existing corporate structures. The development of completely
new production plants is a specific form of an implementation
project. Here, new operations structures will be created and
brought to deployment. Possible implementation projects span
between the introduction of a very local software system up
to the building of major industrial plants.

Reorganization projects: Here, work procedures and organizational
structures will be newly designed and then deployed. This
happens mostly as a result of strategic management decisions.
Reorganization projects may be restricted to local operational
units, but may as well comprise multiple companies (as e.g.
for a merger).
