              Project management means working in a leadership position. In this training the
              basics of a professional communication and of efficient leadership styles will be
              elaborated. In case studies and role-playing games various orientations of
              leadership will be discussed. The particpants learn to classify their own
              leadership style and find out about helpful and counter-productive behavioural
              patterns.
